For SAP Fiori apps

Filter, find and change in chat.

Flora is an AI assistant for SAP Fiori Launchpads, on‑premise or on BTP. No configuration needed. Say “show me yesterday's orders” and it sets the filter in the app, right on your screen. Ask “how many are open?” and it answers without touching the screen. It opens apps and records for you, and fills in changes after you approve them.

Flora is in early access and not yet in the Chrome Web Store. Write to us and we will set you up. It uses your own SAP login, and there is nothing to install on the SAP system.

How it works

Ask. Show. Go. Change. Learn.

Flora sits next to the app in a Chrome side panel. It reads the app the way the app describes itself, so it needs no setup and no training before you start.

Ask

Ask “how many”, “which has the most” or “the total per customer”. Flora reads the data in the background and answers in the chat. Your screen stays as it is. If you misspell a name, it finds the closest one and tells you.

Show

Say what you want to see. Flora fills the app's own filter bar and reloads the list, so you can see what it did and change it yourself. It also spots and clears a filter that is hiding your data.

Go

Name an app, a record or a tab from anywhere in the launchpad. Flora finds the app among the ones you are allowed to open, opens it, and carries on with the rest of your request there.

Change

Ask for a change to a record. Flora shows a card with the old and the new values. Only after you click Apply does it fill them into the app's draft. You check the record and press Save yourself.

Learn

Tell Flora once that “date” means Starting Date, and it remembers that for the app. It also notes how each app behaves as you work. What it learns in the test system works in production too, and you can see and edit all of it.

Where it works today: questions and filters work in Fiori elements V2, Fiori elements V4 and freestyle UI5 apps. Changing a record works in Fiori elements V4 apps with drafts; the other app types come next. SAP GUI and Web Dynpro screens are not supported, and Flora tells you when it meets one.

Screen or chat

Shows what you want to see. Answers what you want to know.

Flora follows one simple rule, so you always know whether your screen is about to change.

“Show”, “filter”, “open”: on your screen

The app itself changes, in its own filter bar and pages.

  • Show me yesterday's orders
  • Only the ones that are still open
  • Open the first invoice
  • Go to Payments and Claims
  • Show me the Customer Accounts tab

“How many”, “which”, “why”: in the chat

Read in the background. The screen does not move.

  • How many invoices did Knx Physio submit?
  • Which agency has the most travels?
  • What is the total amount per status?
  • Why is my list empty?
  • Who am I logged in as?

On your screen

Right next to your app.

Flora works through the app's own filter bar and fields. What it did is in plain sight, and you can change it like anything you set yourself.

Safety

Careful by default.

Flora reads, filters and navigates freely. It never changes data on its own.

Your own SAP login

Flora works inside your browser tab, with the session you already have. Your SAP authorizations apply: it cannot see or do more than you can.

Every change is shown first

A change to a record comes as a card with the old and the new values. Nothing is filled in until you click Apply.

You press Save

Approved changes go into the app's draft, on your screen. The record is only saved when you press Save in the app.

One SAP system at a time

Flora asks Chrome for access to each SAP system when you first use it there. It does not ask for access to all websites.

See what it learned

Everything Flora remembers about an app is listed under Learned. You can edit it, remove it, or keep one system separate from the rest.

Says when it can't

When the app has switched a filter off, a count cannot be trusted, or a screen is not a Fiori app, Flora says so instead of guessing.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What does Flora need access to?

Only the SAP systems you switch it on for. Flora talks to the app from inside your tab, with the session you are already signed in with. There are no technical users, no API keys and nothing to install on the SAP system.

Does it need setup or training first?

No. Flora reads what the app says about itself: its fields, labels, filters and pages. It then learns more as you use it, such as which date you mean by “yesterday”. That learning is kept per app and follows you from the test system to production.

Can it change my data without asking?

No. Reading, filtering and opening things need no confirmation. Any change to a record is shown on a card first, and is only filled into the app's draft after you click Apply. You then press Save in the app yourself.

Which apps does it work with?

SAP Fiori apps built with UI5, opened directly or from the Fiori launchpad: Fiori elements V2, Fiori elements V4 and freestyle apps. Questions and filters work in all three. Changing records works in Fiori elements V4 apps with drafts today. SAP GUI for HTML and Web Dynpro screens are not supported.

What is sent to the AI?

Your question, what is on the screen you are asking about, and the records Flora reads to answer it. This goes through Flora's backend to the AI model. Chats are stored for 90 days so you can come back to them, and passwords and access tokens are removed before storing.

What does Flora remember?

How an app works and what your words mean in it: for example that “date” means Starting Date, or that a service cannot count its records. It is kept for you alone and is not shared with other users.

Which AI model does it use?

Anthropic Claude, through Flora's backend. The extension never holds an AI key. You sign in with Google.

What does it cost?

Flora is in early access and prices are not set yet. Write to us to try it.

Is Flora an SAP product?

No. Flora is made by StellarClouds and is not affiliated with SAP.
